摘要
以瓦斯检测智能化实现减人提效为最终目标,针对矿井机电设备检查点多、检查人员持续增加、人工巡检费时费力、监测数据不能及时展现等问题,以柠条塔煤矿安全监控系统和CH4传感器稳定性分析为切入点,采用连续性分布正态性检验和配对样本Wilcoxon符号秩检验等方法,从该矿瓦斯浓度、CO_(2)浓度、CO浓度与温度等数据着手,统计、对比、分析了该矿近年来智能瓦斯监测与人工检查数据的差异性,分析了智能瓦斯检测的稳定性与可靠性,探讨了传感器替代人工瓦斯检测的可行性。
With the ultimate goal of intelligent gas detection to reduce labor and improve efficiency,in response to the problem of multiple inspection points for mine mechanical and electrical equipment,continuous increased inspection personnel,time-consuming and labor-intensive manual patrols detection,and the inability to promptly present monitoring data,taking the stability analysis of the safety monitoring system and CH_(4)sensors in Ningtiaota coal mine as the starting point,used methods such as continuous distribution normality test and paired sample Wilcoxon signed-rank test.Starting from data types such as gas concentration,CO_(2)concentration,CO concentration and temperature,statistical analysis,comparison,and analysis of the differences between intelligent gas monitoring and manual inspection data in recent years at the mine were conducted.The stability and reliability of intelligent gas detection were analyzed,and the feasibility of sensor replacing manual gas detection was discussed.
