摘要
对ZY21000/34/72D型掩护式液压支架使用过程中立柱中缸开裂原因进行了研究,采用工艺复现的方式进行裂纹源的追溯,结合分析结果对中缸筒的熔铜工艺进行了优化与改进,并且制定了防流出的有效措施。应用在具有大阻力和大采高特点的高端液压支架立柱,提高了其支护的可靠性并保障了井下作业的安全,实现了效率和效益的双提升。
The causes of cracks in the middle cylinder of ZY21000/34/72D shield hydraulic support during use were studied,and the source of cracks was traced by means of process reproduction.Combined with the analysis results,the molten copper process of the middle cylinder was optimized and improved,and effective measures to prevent outflow were formulated.Applied to the high-end hydraulic support column with high resistance and high mining height characteristics,the reliability of its support has been improved,the safety of underground operation has been guaranteed,and the double improvement of efficiency and benefit has been realized.
