摘要
介绍了单轨吊道岔的应用、结构组成及变道原理。通过数学计算分析了活动轨的摆角、摆动气缸的行程等关键参数,统一了各种不同单轨吊道岔的通用计算公式,为道岔的设计优化提供了理论依据。此外,还介绍了对传统限位装置的改进方案,以提高其可靠性和耐用性。利用SolidWorks软件对道岔轨道接头处的搭接块进行了有限元分析,验证了其结构设计的合理性。
Introduced the application,structural composition and switching principle of the monorail switch.Key parameters such as the swing angle of the movable rail and the stroke of the swing cylinder were analyzed through mathematical calculations.General calculation formulas for various monorail switches were unified,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of switch design.Additionally,introduced improvement schemes for traditional limit devices to enhance their reliability and durability.Finite element analysis of the overlap block at the rail joint of the switch was conducted by using SolidWorks software,and verifyied the rationality of its structural design.
