摘要 针对大工作阻力风巷超前支架上连杆与顶梁铰接处损坏的问题,以ZQL2×22500/22/40D型风巷超前液压支架上连杆结构为切入点,分析上连杆损坏的内在原因,经过力学分析及安全系数计算,确定了上连杆结构的优化措施。经过生产实践检验,优化后的上连杆结构使用更可靠,显著提高了上连杆的可靠性和使用寿命。 In response to the problem of damage to the hinge joint between connecting rod and top beam on the advanced support of high working resistance air roadway,taking the upper connecting rod structure of the ZQL2×22500/22/40D air roadway advanced hydraulic support as the starting point,the internal reasons for the damage of the upper connecting rod were analyzed,and the optimizing measure the upper connecting rod structure was determined through mechanical analysis and safety factor calculation.After production practice verification,the optimized upper connecting rod structure is more reliable to use,and significantly improves the reliability and service life of the upper connecting rod.
