摘要
针对主斜井带式输送机机头更换和维修滚筒、硫化输送带接头困难等问题,设计了一种智能控制松带装置。该装置通过液压系统,利用机械结构配置伸缩油缸,实现机头输送带与滚筒分离,形成一定作业空间,完成各种任务。介绍了松带装置的结构、工作原理及其特点。该装置结构稳定、操作方便、安全性能高,能够完全代替人工进行松带操作。
An intelligent control slacking belt device was designed to address the issues of difficulties in replacing and repairing the drum,and vulcanizing the conveyor belt joint of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor.This device uses a hydraulic system and utilizes a mechanical structure to configure a telescopic oil cylinder,achieves the separation of conveyor belt and the drum in machine head,forms a certain working space,and completes various tasks.Introduced the structure,working principle and characteristics of the slacking belt device.The device has a stable structure,convenient operation and high safety performance,which can completely replace the manual slacking belt operation.
