摘要
近年来,以人工智能为代表的新一轮科技革命和产业变革方兴未艾,各类颠覆性创新技术层出不穷,引起世界各国高度关注,对高素质新工科创新人才的需求日益迫切。人才培养,关键在教师。教师队伍素质直接决定着大学办学能力和水平。为切实提高新工科背景下青年教师教学能力,提升新工科创新人才培养质量,该文深入研究新工科人才培养的新特点及高校青年教师的教学能力培养现状,指出导致青年教师教学能力不足的根本原因。同时,针对性地提出提升青年教师教学能力的建议措施,对于解决新工科背景下高校教师教学发展中存在的现状问题,探究青年教师教学能力培养路径,提升课堂教学质量具有重要的理论和实践意义。
In recent years,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,represented by artificial intelligence,is in the ascendant.Various disruptive innovative technologies are emerging endlessly,attracting high attention from countries around the world.The demand for high-quality new engineering innovation talents is becoming increasingly urgent.The key to talent cultivation lies in teachers.The quality of the teaching staff directly determines the ability and level of university education.To effectively improve the teaching ability of young teachers in the context of new engineering and enhance the quality of innovative talent cultivation in new engineering,this paper delves into the new characteristics of cultivating new engineering talents and the current situation of cultivating the teaching ability of young teachers in universities.The study points out the fundamental reasons for the insufficient teaching ability of young teachers.At the same time,targeted suggestions and measures are proposed to enhance the teaching ability of young teachers,which has important theoretical and practical significance for paying attention to the current problems in the teaching development of university teachers in the context of new engineering,exploring the path of cultivating young teachers'teaching ability,and improving the quality of classroom teaching.
