摘要
“大思政课”蕴含着丰富的理论内涵和实践特色,思政课实践教学已经成为落实立德树人根本任务的重要场域。“大思政课”理念下思政课实践教学要遵循理论与实践相统一的育人大思路、历史与现实相贯通的爱国大情怀、民族与世界相结合的全球大视野。近年来,高校积极探索“大思政课”建设,取得一定成绩,但“大思政课”实践教学依然是人才培养中的“短板”。实践教学“形”有余而“实”不足,协同育人存在“堵点”,师资建设存在“痛点”。无锡工艺职业技术学院立足地方优秀传统文化,以立德树人为根本任务,以陶文化育人为特色,探索并实践“三个结合”“大思政课”实践教学,创新职业院校“大思政课”实践教学模式。建设“思政大课堂”,将思政内容与地方传统陶文化相结合;构建“思政大师资”,将思政教师与工艺大师相结合;搭建“资源大平台”,将思政平台与陶文化传承基地相结合。“思政寓于陶”,学生愿听乐学,提高思政课的实效性。
The"Great Ideological and Political Course"contains rich theoretical connotations and practical characteristics,and practical teaching of ideological and political courses has become an important field for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.Under the concept of"Great Ideological and Political Courses",the practical teaching of ideological and political courses should follow the educational thinking path that adheres to the unity of theory and practice,the patriotic sentiment that connects history and reality,and the global perspective that combines nation and world.In recent years,colleges and universities have actively explored the construction of"big ideological and political courses"and achieved certain results,but practical teaching of"big ideological and political courses"is still a weak point in talent cultivation.There is a surplus in form and a deficiency in reality in practical teaching,and there are"bottlenecks"in collaborative education,as well as"pain points"in teacher construction.The study in Wuxi Vocational and Technical College of Arts and Crafts is based on local excellent traditional culture,with the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and the characteristic of cultivating talents through pottery culture.It explores and practices the practical teaching of"three combinations"and"big ideological and political courses",and innovates the practical teaching mode of"big ideological and political courses"in vocational colleges.The study constructs an"ideological and political classroom"that combines ideological and political content with local traditional ceramic culture,builds a"master of ideological and political education",combining ideological and political teachers with craft masters.We build a"resource platform"that combines ideological and political platforms with ceramic culture inheritance bases.The concept of'ideological and political education in pottery culture encourages students to listen and enjoy learning,which enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.
