管道定向钻穿越等级公路套管全自动解锁装置设计

摘要 根据JTG D20—2017《公路路线设计规范》规定“油气输送管道与各级公路相交叉且采用下穿方式时,应设置地下通道(涵)或套管”,定向钻穿越等级公路传统工艺有全套管和半套管2种,施工成本高、难度大,尤其在大口径厚壁管中更是明显。为有效降低施工成本和难度,结合天然气工程实践,设计一种管道定向钻穿越等级公路套管全自动解锁装置,套管长度仅延伸至道路外缘2~5 m,这尚属首创,不仅适用于油气管道工程,也适用于其他市政管道工程,具有较高的经济效益和推广价值。 According to the JTG D20—2017"Design Specification for Highway Alignment","when the oil and gas transportation pipeline intersects with all levels of highway and adopts the underpass mode,the underground passage(culvert)or casing should be set up."There are two traditional technologies of directional drilling through grade highway:full casing and semi-casing.The construction cost is high and difficult,especially in large diameter thick-walled pipes.In order to effectively reduce the construction cost and difficulty,a fully automatic unlocking device for pipeline directional drilling through grade highway is designed based on the practice of natural gas engineering,and the length of the casing only extends to 2~5 meters on the outer edge of the road,which is the first.It is suitable not only for oil and gas pipeline projects,but also for other municipal pipeline projects,with high economic benefits and promotion value.
