摘要
螺纹连接是实现零部件组装的主要方法,螺纹连接简单,拆卸方便,已被广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工、5G通信、新能源汽车、兵器和模具等行业。随着科学技术的不断发展,对螺纹连接的要求也日益提高,因而螺纹加工过程中进行监测是质量保证的重要手段。应用螺纹连接的装备产品为保证其长贮要求,会对带有螺纹的零部件进行表面处理,表面处理后螺纹尺寸发生变化,为使用专用螺纹量具完成螺纹加工各阶段的检测。因此,需要进行表面处理前、后螺纹检测参数的研究与应用,以控制表面处理前、后螺纹的加工质量,正确地检测表面处理前、后螺纹尺寸是否合格。
Thread connection is the main method to realize parts assembly.Thread connection is simple and easy to disassemble.It has been widely used in aerospace,petrochemical,5G communications,new energy vehicles,weapons,molds and other industries.With the continuous development of science and technology,the demand for thread connection is increasing day by day,so monitoring in the thread machining process is an important means of quality assurance.In order to ensure the long storage requirements of the equipment products with thread connection,the parts with threads will be treated with surface treatment,and the thread size will change after surface treatment.In order to use special thread gauges to complete the detection of each stage of thread processing,therefore,it is necessary to study and apply the thread detection parameters before and after surface treatment in order to control the processing quality of threads before and after surface treatment and correctly check whether the thread size before and after surface treatment is qualified.
