摘要
在我国科学技术快速发展的过程中,计算机射线照相和数字射线成像已广泛应用于工业领域,尤其是在压力管道的无损检测中表现出显著的优势。CR技术利用成像板(简称IP板)代替胶片作为记录介质,通过激光扫描转换成数字信号;而DR技术则通过直接或间接转换的方式,利用平板探测器快速获取图像。该文从2种检测技术的成像原理、实际应用和成像质量等方面进行详细对比,结果表明CR检测技术虽然与胶片照相法的方式几乎一致,但是这种检测技术具有较高的检测效率,并且环境适用性较强,可以满足压力管道中的日常检测需要。而DR技术因其更高的成像效率和更佳的图像分辨率,更适用于高吞吐量和高精度要求的场合。
With the rapid development of science and technology in China,computer radiography and digital radiography have been widely used in the industrial field,especially in the non-destructive testing of pressure pipelines.CR technology uses imaging board(referred to as IP board)instead of film as recording medium to convert digital signals through laser scanning,while DR technology uses flat panel detectors to quickly obtain images by means of direct or indirect conversion.In this paper,the imaging principle,practical application and imaging quality of the two detection techniques are compared in detail.The results show that although the CR detection technology is almost the same as the film photography method,this detection technology has high detection efficiency and strong environmental applicability,which can meet the needs of daily inspection in pressure pipelines.DR technology is more suitable for situations with high throughput and high precision because of its higher imaging efficiency and better image resolution.
