基于改进粒子群算法优化PID参数的电气设备自动控制研究

摘要 常规的电气设备自动控制方法以逻辑控制为主,并未配置和优化PID参数,无法满足不同电气设备的运行需求,因此设计了基于改进粒子群算法优化PID参数的电气设备自动控制方法。首先基于改进粒子群算法整定电气设备控制PID参数,利用粒子群算法优化PID参数,根据适应度函数的输入情况调节参数,使电气设备的控制性能达到最优。然后设定电气设备自动控制逻辑指令,通过FBD、IL、ST、Ladder、SFC等语言组建电气设备自动控制功能,从而实现电气设备的有效控制。采用对比实验,验证了该方法的自动控制效果更佳,能够应用于实际生活中。 Conventional automatic control methods for electrical equipment mainly rely on logic control,without configuring and optimizing PID parameters,which cannot meet the operational needs of different electrical equipment.Therefore an automatic control method with PID parameters optimized by modified particle swarm algorithm was designed.First based on the modified particle swarm algorithm,the PID parameters of electrical equipment control were configured and adjusted according to the input of the fitness function to achieve optimal control performance.Then the automatic control logic instructions were set up,and languages such as FBD,IL,ST,Ladder,SFC,etc.were used to establish automatic control functions,thereby achieving effective control of electrical equipment.The proposed method was verified by comparative experiments to have satisfactory automatic control effect practical applicative potential.
