摘要
目前火力发电厂一般都建设有电子化“两票”管理系统,但实际运行中在“两票”的管理和执行层面仍存在一定的不足。从火电厂“两票”管理的实际情况出发,提出一种能够进一步提升“两票”安全防范作用的图形化智能“两票”系统实现方法。通过图形化智能“两票”系统应用,能够实现“两票”中各操作内容之间的防误逻辑闭锁判断,改“人防”为“技防”,进一步提高火电厂生产运行过程中的安全管理水平。
At present,thermal power plants generally have electronic"two ticket"management systems.But there still exist deficiencies with respect to management and execution of the"two tickets"in plants′actual operation.Starting from the actual situation of"two tickets"management in thermal power plants,this paper proposes a graphical intelligent"two tickets"system implementation method that can further enhance the safety prevention effect of"two tickets".Through the application of a graphical intelligent"two tickets"system,it is possible to achieve error prevention logic interlock judgment between various operation contents in the"two tickets",change"civil defense"to"technical defense",and further improve safety management level in production and operation process of thermal power plants.
