摘要
提出了一种电动汽车充电站内的三级调度方法。该方法中,一级调度决策使用GRU神经网络进行转向决策和区域选择;二级调度规划采用改进的A算法、参考点分级策略以及多目标优化相融合的方法,为车辆提供最佳到达目标充电区域的路径;三级调度导向运用改进的A算法,将进入目标区域的车辆引导至空闲的充电桩进行充电。所提出的方法能改善电动汽车充电站运行效率,减少充电导致的拥堵,提升用户体验。
This paper presents a three-level charging scheduling method for electric vehicle charging stations.The method entails a first-level scheduling decision which uses a GRU neural network for steering decision and region selection;a second-level scheduling planning which uses a fusion of an improved A*algorithm,a reference point hierarchy strategy,and multi-objective optimisation to provide for vehicles optimal path to reach the target charging region;and a third-level scheduling orientation which applies an improved A*algorithm to direct the vehicle that enters the target region to the idle charging pile.The proposed method facilitates improving operational efficiency of EV charging stations,mitigating charging-induced congestion,and promoting user experience.
