摘要
高比例新能源接入电力系统带来的电网调峰、调频以及安全稳定运行等问题逐步显现,虽然虚拟电厂通过聚合分布式柔性资源具有较强的电网灵活性调节能力,但是交易机制处于起步阶段,难以引导虚拟电厂释放调节潜力。为此,对虚拟电厂参与电力市场的交易路径进行研究。首先,阐述虚拟电厂的定义、运行架构以分类;然后,梳理虚拟电厂的交易政策,分析虚拟电厂的交易机制障碍;最后,研究不同阶段与不同交易品种下,虚拟电厂的交易准入条件以及虚拟电厂的交易路径。
The high penetration of new energy generation into power system gives rise to challenges such as peak shaving,frequency regulation,and grids′safe and stable operation.Virtual power plants exhibit robust grid flexibility adjustment capabilities by aggregating distributed flexible resources.The trading mechanism,however,is still in its early stages and inadequate in effectively harnessing the adjustment potential of virtual power plants.This paper studies the transaction path of virtual power plant participating in electricity market.First the definition,operational structure,and categorization of virtual power plants are explicated.Second the transaction policy of the virtual power plant has been summarized,and an analysis has been conducted on the obstacles in its transaction mechanism.Finally the trading access conditions and trading paths of virtual power plants in different stages and transaction varieties are studied.
