摘要
新型电力系统通常面临着源网规划的统筹协调不足、电力系统均衡能力不足的问题,导致运行成本较高,因此设计一种源网荷储协同控制方法。首先对调频信号频谱进行分解,了解不同频率分量下的信号特性。然后通过构建源网荷储协同控制模型,利用先进算法和优化技术,对电力系统中的各类资源进行整合和优化配置,实现源网荷储的协同控制,为绿色、可持续发展的能源战略提供有力支持。实验结果表明,设计的新型电力系统下的源网荷储协同控制方法可使新型电力系统运行成本最低在2.7万元以下,说明该方法在降低运行成本方面具有显著优势,可为新型电力系统的源网荷储协同控制提供有力支持。
New power systems often face problems such as inadequate overall coordination of source-grid planning and insufficient equilibratability,resulting in high operating costs.Therefore a source-grid-load-storage collaborative control method is designed to provide strong support for green and sustainable energy strategy.First the frequency spectrum of the FM signal is decomposed to discern signal characteristics within different frequency components.Then by modeling the collaborative control for source-grid-load-storage,integration and optimized allocation of various resources in power system are realized using advanced algorithms and optimization techniques.In simulative experiment,the proposed control method can achieve power system operating cost of less than RMB 27000,indicating its significant advantage in reducing operating costs.
