摘要
SIRT1(Sirtuin 1)是Ⅲ类去乙酰化酶Sirtuins家族成员,具有强大的去乙酰化酶活性,广泛参与衰老、凋亡、自噬、应激、炎症和能量代谢等多种生物过程。而铁死亡作为一种新型的细胞死亡方式,在肿瘤、代谢相关性疾病等方面具有重要作用。靶向SIRT1调控铁死亡已成为治疗相关疾病的一个重要方向。本文综述了目前SIRT1直接或间接调控铁死亡的相关信号通路,旨在总结其在铁死亡相关疾病治疗中的作用,并对未来研究方向做出展望。
SIRT1(Sirtuin 1),as one of Sirtuin family members of classⅢdeacetylases,possesses powerful deacetylase activity and is widely involved in multiple biological processes including aging,apoptosis,autophagy,stress,inflammation,and energy metabolism.Ferroptosis,as a new type of cell death,plays an important role in tumors and metabolism-related diseases.Targeting SIRT1 to regulate ferroptosis has become an important direction for the treatment of related diseases.This paper reviews the current signaling pathways related to the direct or indirect regulation of ferroptosis,aiming to summarize its roles in the treatment of ferroptosis-related diseases and make prospects for future research directions.
