小核核糖核蛋白多肽E在肿瘤中的作用及机制

The role and mechanism of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide E in tumors

摘要 小核核糖核蛋白多肽E(small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide E,SNRPE)也称为剪接体蛋白E(spliceosomal protein E,SmE),属于剪接体蛋白家族成员,最初被确定为剪接体复合物的重要组成部分,参与前体mRNA(pre-mRNA)加工。近年来,除了作为剪接体的关键成分外,SNRPE在肿瘤发生发展中的作用也备受关注。本文就SNRPE在肿瘤发生发展中的作用进行综述,探讨SNRPE在非小细胞肺癌、肝细胞癌、前列腺癌及乳腺癌等癌症中的作用机制,并介绍了SNRPE与肿瘤的药物敏感性和临床预后之间的关系,旨在为相关肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗和预后提供更多理论依据。 Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide E(SNRPE),also known as spliceosomal protein E(SmE),a member of the spliceosomal family of proteins,was initially identified as an important component of the spliceosomal complex,and participates in the pre-mRNA processing.Recently,in addition to being a key component of the spliceosome,the roles of SNRPE in tumorigenesis and development have attracted a great deal of attention.This paper reviews the role of SNRPE in tumorigenesis and development,which primarily focuses on the effect and mechanism of SNRPE in various cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,prostate cancer,breast cancer and so on.Moreover,this review also presents the relationship between SNRPE and tumor drug sensitivity and clinical outcomes,aiming to provide more theoretical basis for different tumor occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis.
