摘要
目的:探讨子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜根治术后压力感知状况及其影响因素.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月于本院行腹腔镜根治术的76例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,收集患者一般资料,采用改良中文版压力知觉量表(CPSS)评估压力感知水平,采用多元线性回归分析相关因素.结果:76例子宫内膜癌患者术后CPSS评分为(34.71±5.27)分(22~49分).不同文化程度、家庭月收入水平、家庭功能、社会支持子宫内膜癌患者的CPSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭月收入水平、家庭功能、社会支持是子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜根治术后压力感知的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜根治术后压力感知水平高,文化程度、家庭月收入水平、家庭功能、社会支持是其影响因素.
Objective:To explore the pressure perception status and influencing factors in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery.Methods:A total of 76 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.General informations of the patients were collected,and the pressure perception level was evaluated using the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS).Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze relevant factors.Results:The postoperative CPSS score of 76 patients with endometrial cancer was(34.71±5.27)points(22~49 points).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the CPSS scores of endometrial cancer patients with different levels of education,monthly family income,family functioning,and social support.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,monthly family income level,family function,and social support were the influencing factors of postoperative stress perception in patients with endometrial cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with endometrial cancer who undergo laparoscopic radical surgery have a high level of stress perception,which is influenced by factors such as education level,monthly family income level,family function,and social support.
