中医专项护理干预在肝硬化临床治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Special Nursing Intervention in the Clinical Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis

目的:探讨中医专项护理干预在肝硬化临床治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年11月本院收治的100例肝硬化患者为研究对象.采用随机数字分表法,将其分为观察组(n=50,采用中医专项护理干预)与对照组(n=50,采用常规护理干预).比较两组患者中医症候积分、情志改变情况、护理满意度、依从性、生活质量以及并发症总发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者各项中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度、依从性、生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率(1/50,2.00%)明显低于对照组(9/50,18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中医专项护理干预可改善肝硬化患者临床症状与消极情绪,提升患者护理满意度与生活质量,具有一定临床应用价值.

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)special nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50,received TCM special nursing)and control group(n=50,received routine nursing).The TCM symptom score,mood change,nursing satisfaction,compliance,quality of life and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the TCM symptom scores of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction,compliance and quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group(1/50,2.00%)was significantly lower than that in control group(9/50,18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:TCM special nursing intervention can improve liver cirrhosis patients'clinical symptoms and negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and has certain clinical application value.
