摘要
利用聚氨酯改性乳化沥青技术和水泥浆处理技术弥补第二次重复再生集料的缺陷,将其配制成冷拌重复再生集料路面修补料。通过贯入试验、黏聚性试验、车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究了重复再生集料掺量对改性乳化沥青冷拌重复再生集料路面修补料的施工和易性、早期强度、成型强度、抗水侵害性能等路用性能的影响。结果表明,当重复再生集料掺量超过50%时,随着重复再生集料掺量的增大,改性乳化沥青冷拌重复再生集料路面修补料的贯入强度先增大再减小,初期强度、成型强度、抗水侵害性能均随其掺量的增大而逐渐增大,且各项性能均优于乳化沥青冷拌重复再生集料路面修补料,保证了路面修补后快速通车,实现了节能减排和建筑废弃物资源化利用的双重环保目标。
Polyurethane modified emulsified asphalt technology and cement slurry treatment technology are used to remedy the defects of the second repeated recycled aggregate,which is prepared into cold-mixed recycled aggregate pavement repair material.Through penetration test,cohesion test,rutting test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,the effects of repeated recycled aggregate content on the construction and workability,early strength,forming strength and water resistance of cold-mixed recycled aggregate pavement repair materials of modified emulsified asphalt are studied.The results show that when the content of recycled aggregate is more than 50%,the penetration strength of modified emulsified asphalt cold-mixed recycled aggregate pavement increases at first and then decreases with the increase of repeated recycled aggregate content,the initial strength,molding strength and water resistance increase gradually with the increase of the content,and all the properties are better than those of emulsified asphalt cold-mixed recycled aggregate pavement repair material,which ensures that the road surface can be opened to traffic quickly after repairing,and realizes the dual environmental protection goals of energy saving,emission reduction and resource utilization of construction waste.
