Evolvement of National Talent Policy China has great advantages in terms of institutions,large market demands,a strong supply chain,and high-quality workforce.During the past several years,the Chinese government has issued a series of documents to promote the development of talents.It has taken holistic and coordinated efforts to strengthen education,science and technology,and workforce,and designed integrated planning and implmented policies related to innovation,as well as industrial,capital,and talent chains.The country has also deepened reform of education,science and technology,and human resources for economic development and modernization.
