四苓散加味治疗儿童单纯性肥胖脾虚湿阻证疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Siling Powder in the Treatment of Children with Simple Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction Pattern

目的:探讨四苓散加味治疗儿童单纯性肥胖(simple obesity,SO)脾虚湿阻证的临床疗效。方法:将62例SO患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各31例。对照组采取常规干预措施,治疗组在对照组基础上采取四苓散加味内服。治疗3个月后比较两组患儿肥胖相关指标、脾虚湿阻证症状评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患儿体质量、体质量指数、脂肪百分率及脾虚湿阻证症状评分均降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为93.5%(29/31),高于对照组的67.7%(21/31)(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗联合四苓散加味治疗儿童SO脾虚湿阻证疗效优于西医常规治疗,能进一步改善患儿临床症状及中医证候。

Objective:To discuss clinical effects of modified Siling powder in the treatment of children with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction pattern.Methods:All 62 SO children were allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method with 31 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional intervention measures,and the treatment group orally took Siling powder on the foundation of the control group accepted.To compare obesity related indexes,symptom scores of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction pattern and clinical effects between both groups after three months of the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of body weight,body mass index,fat percentage and the symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction pattern were lowered in the two groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%(29/31),higher than 67.7%(21/31)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional therapy of Western medicine combined with modified Siling powder in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type of SO children are better than only conventional therapy of Western medicine,which could further improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of the children.
