阿尔茨海默病患者血清三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运蛋白7、基质金属蛋白酶9、脂联素水平与认知功能相关性分析

Correlation between serum ABCA7,MMP-9,ADPN levels and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

摘要 目的:探究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运蛋白7(ABCA7)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、脂联素(ADPN)水平与认知功能的相关性。方法:将120例AD患者纳入AD组,另选取80例认知功能正常者纳入正常组,比较两组受试者一般资料;并根据临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)将AD组分为轻度组(47例)和中重度组(73例),比较两组患者血清指标(ABCA7、MMP-9、ADPN)水平及认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)及简易精神状态量表(MMSE)];采用Pearson相关分析法分析AD患者血清ABCA7、MMP-9、ADPN水平与MoCA、MMSE评分的相关性。结果:AD组ABCA7、MMP-9水平高于正常组,ADPN水平低于正常组(均P<0.05);轻度组ABCA7、MMP-9水平低于中重度组,ADPN水平、MoCA评分及MMSE评分均高于中重度组(均P<0.05);AD患者MoCA评分、MMSE评分分别与血清ABCA7、MMP-9水平呈负相关,与ADPN水平呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论:AD患者血清ABCA7、MMP-9水平升高,ADPN水平下降,且血清ABCA7、MMP-9水平与AD患者认知功能呈负相关,ADPN水平与AD患者认知功能呈正相关。 Objective:To explore the correlation of serum adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter 7(ABCA7),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9),adiponectin(ADPN)levels with cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with AD were retrospectively analyzed and the patients were included in AD group.The clinical data of 80 patients with normal cognitive function were selected and enrolled as normal group.The general data of the two groups of subjects were compared.According to the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale(CDR),the patients in AD group were divided into mild group(47 cases)and moderate-to-severe group(73 cases).The levels of serum indicators(ABCA7,MMP-9,ADPN)and cognitive function[Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)]were compared between both groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum ABCA7,MMP-9,ADPN levels and MoCA score and MMSE score in AD patients.Results:The levels of ABCA7 and MMP-9 in AD group were higher than those in normal group while the ADPN level was lower than that in normal group(all P<0.05).The levels of ABCA7 and MMP-9 in mild group were lower while the ADPN level,MoCA score and MMSE score were higher compared with those in moderate-to-severe group(all P<0.05).MoCA score and MMSE score were negatively correlated with serum ABCA7 and MMP-9 levels in patients with AD,and were positively correlated with ADPN level(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum ABCA7 and MMP-9 in AD patients are increased and the level of ADPN is decreased.The levels of serum ABCA7 and MMP-9 are negatively correlated with cognitive function of AD patients,and the level of ADPN is positively correlated with the cognitive function of AD patients.
