摘要
目的研究罂粟碱对创伤休克大鼠肠损伤保护作用。方法选择SD大鼠20只,随机分成2组,对照组采用股骨创伤法建立创伤性休克大鼠模型,建模后常规液体复苏。实验组在对照组基础上予罂粟碱1.5 mg/kg加入50 mL生理盐水微量泵24小时持续注入。24小时后分别抽血检测血清肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白(IFABP)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6浓度。结果(1)创伤休克24小时大鼠血清IFABP、DAO及血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6浓度明显升高。(2)加用罂粟碱干预后大鼠血清IFABP、DAO及血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6浓度较对照组明显降低。结论罂粟碱能减轻创伤休克大鼠肠道损伤,降低全身炎症反应。
Objective To study the protective effect of papaverine on intestinal injury in traumatic shock rats.Methods Twenty SD rats were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group established a traumatic shock rat model using the femoral trauma method,and after modeling,routine fluid resuscitation was performed.The experimental group received 1.5mg/kg papaverine and 50ml physiological saline micro pump for continuous injection for 24 hours on the basis of the control group.After 24 hours,blood was drawn to detect serum intestinal fatty acid binding protein(IFABP),Diamine oxidase(DAO)and inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6 Concentration.Results 1.The concentration of serum IFABP,DAO and inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6 in rats with traumatic shock after 24 hours significantly increased.2.After intervention with papaverine,the concentration of serum IFABP,DAO and inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6 in rats was significantly reduced compared to the control group.Conclusion Papaverine can alleviate intestinal injury and reduce systemic inflammatory response in traumatic shock rats.
