摘要
本文通过运用ANSYS Maxwell软件对表贴式永磁同步电机的电枢直径进行电磁场参数化仿真分析,全面分析计算永磁同步电机在不同电枢直径下的电磁性能、电机效率和硅钢片、漆包线、磁钢等材料用量。通过软件的仿真计算,得出电机不同电枢直径下的效率、材料用量曲线,从而选出性能优和成本低的高性价比电枢直径方案。
This article uses the ANSYS Maxwell software to conduct electromagnetic field parameterized simulation analysis of the armature diameter of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors,comprehensively analyzing and calculating the electromagnetic performance,motor efficiency,and material consumption of silicon steel sheets,enameled wires,magnetic steels,etc.under different armature diameters for permanent magnet synchronous motors.Through software simulation calculations,efficiency and material usage curves for different armature diameters of the motor are obtained,allowing for the selection of a cost-effective armature diameter scheme with superior performance and low cost.
