基于监控平台的电力无线专网电力设施预警研究

摘要 本文探讨如何利用监控平台对海量电网运行信息进行有效提取,并开发电网风险智能预警监测平台,以提高电力调度信息化水平。本文从设计思想、系统结构、功能和特点入手,全面描述了电网风险智能预警监测平台,并给出了系统指标的详细计算方法。同时,以XXX电网为例,介绍了电网运行管理指标分析统计、基于时间梯度的电力生产运行预警与预防、可视化显示等应用服务。研究表明,基于智能预警的风险动态监测平台可以积极对电网进行全方位智能监测,全面提升监管机构对电网的综合管控能力。分析了电力无线专用网通信系统和智能电网业务的适应性,提供不同电力业务场景下的电力无线专用网络应用方案,以满足不断变化的电力业务通信需求。基于电力无线专网的电力设施监测预警平台,通过电力无线专网络的传输,可以收集电力设施的各种信息并进行汇总,降低人工成本,提高工作效率,减少电力事故的发生。通过对实际电力业务场景的模拟和分析比较可看出,电力无线专网是不同电力业务场景下的最佳解决方案。 This paper explores how to effectively extract massive operational information from the power grid using monitoring platforms and develop an intelligent risk early warning monitoring platform for the power grid to enhance the informatization level of power scheduling.Starting from design concepts,system architecture,functions,and characteristics,this paper comprehensively describes the intelligent risk early warning monitoring platform for the power grid and provides detailed calculation methods for system indicators.Taking the XXX power grid as an example,it introduces application services such as analysis statistics of power grid operation management indicators,warning and prevention of power production operations based on time gradients,and visualization displays.The risk dynamic monitoring platform based on intelligent early warning can actively conduct comprehensive intelligent monitoring of the power grid,significantly enhancing the comprehensive management capabilities of regulatory agencies over the power grid.The adaptability of the power wireless private network communication system and smart grid services is analyzed,providing application solutions for the power wireless private network under different power business scenarios to meet the changing communication needs of power operations.The power facility monitoring and warning platform based on the power wireless private network can collect various information about power facilities and summarize it through the transmission of the power wireless private network,reducing labor costs,improving work efficiency,and decreasing the occurrence of power accidents.Through simulation and comparative analysis of actual power business scenarios,it is evident that the power wireless private network is the optimal solution for various power business scenarios.
