基于融合通信的应急通信指挥车指挥系统设计

摘要 油气田企业属于高危企业,其在日常生产过程中涉及到开采、输送以及存储等环节,这些环节都具高温高压的特点,发生事故的概率比较高;而且油气本身也具有易燃易爆、有毒有害等特点,一旦发生事故,危害性也非常大,可能导致非常严重的后果。由于油气田企业的生产作业地点往往在人迹罕至的通信盲区,当在这些通信盲区发生突发事故时,企业消防指挥中心是无法在第一时间掌握救援现场实时情况的。因此,应急通信指挥车可在企业消防指挥中心和救援现场之间担任“桥梁”角色,无论是对企业消防指挥中心的指挥调度工作还是对救援现场的救援工作都能起到极其重要的作用。 Oil and gas field enterprises are considered high-risk industries,involving various processes such as exploration,transportation,and storage,which are characterized by high temperatures and pressures,leading to a relatively high probability of accidents.Furthermore,oil and gas are inherently flammable,explosive,toxic,and harmful,making accidents potentially catastrophic with severe consequences.Given that the operational sites of oil and gas field enterprises are often located in remote communication dead zones,it becomes challenging for the enterprise's fire command center to promptly grasp realtime information from the rescue scene in case of emergencies.Therefore,the emergency communication command vehicle plays a crucial role as a"bridge"between the enterprise's fire command center and the rescue site,significantly contributing to both the command and dispatch work at the center and the rescue operations at the scene.
