This paper explores how the metaverse,as an emerging technology,can empower the training mode of urban innovation and entrepreneurship talents.With the integration of industry,academia,research,and application as the main line,the paper analyzes the empowering effect of the talent chain on the innovation chain and how the innovation chain further enables the industry chain.Through case studies and theoretical construction,the paper reveals the new modes and paths of urban innovation talent training in the metaverse environment and proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions.
