刑事科学技术人才培养的现状及对策思考

Present Situation and Countermeasures Concerning Students'Training in Specialty of Criminal Science and Technology

人才是提升新质公安战斗力的核心要素,新质生产力要谋“新”重“质”。要加强公安队伍人才培养,为提升新质公安战斗力提供坚强人才保证。针对现阶段刑事科学技术专业人才培养中普遍存在人才培养机制与公安实战脱节、学生专业归属感和自信心不足等问题调研,利用新工科建设与OBE理念,落实以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进的OBE理念,从建立培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系入手,将OBE教育教学理念的核心要素融入刑事科学技术人才培养方案、教学大纲、教学过程中,在教育教学实践中加以应用,优化人才培养目标,切实增强学生现场勘查能力、物证检验鉴定能力、科研创新能力。

Developing new quality productive forces requires both pursuing innovation and emphasizing high quality.Talent is a core element in enhancing public security organs'new quality combat effectiveness,so it is crucial to strengthen the training of public security personnel to ensure a robust talent guarantee that boosts this new quality combat effectiveness.Targeting the prevalent issues affecting students'training in the specialty of criminal science and technology,such as the disconnection between training mechanisms and actual public security practices,and students'deficiency in the sense of professional belonging and self-confidence,we conducted a survey.Based on this,we suggest the necessity of utilizing the concepts related to the construction of"new engineering"and the OBE(Outcomes-based Education)theory in the implementation of the"student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement"idea advocated by the OBE theory.Starting with endeavors such as defining the training objectives,establishing graduation requirements,and designing the curriculum frameworks,we should integrate the core elements of the OBE concept into the program of students'training,the syllabus,and the teaching process of the criminal science and technology specialty,with a priority given to their application in the educational and teaching practice.With these efforts,we aim to help optimize the training objectives,effectively enhance students'abilities in on-site investigation,physical evidence examination and identification,as well as the scientific research and innovation.
