“双碳”目标下我国钢铁行业低碳转型路径研究

钢铁行业是工业能耗和碳排放的重点领域,钢铁行业的低碳转型是我国如期实现“双碳”目标的关键。目前,我国钢铁行业能耗和碳排放水平较高,核心问题在于工艺和能源结构不优。推动钢铁行业低碳转型应以结构性脱碳为核心,统筹推进技术创新、制度创新、数字化赋能、绿色低碳产业集群打造,多措并举、协同发力。加快推进我国钢铁行业绿色低碳转型的主要路径为优化调整钢铁行业结构、实施行业用能低碳化替代、推进重点工艺技术装备升级、创新行业减碳政策机制、提高行业数字化管理水平和打造绿色低碳产业集群等。

The steel industry is a key area for industrial energy consumption and carbon emissions.The low-carbon transformation of the steel industry is crucial for China to achieve its"dual carbon"goals on schedule.Currently,the energy consumption and carbon emission levels of China's steel industry are relatively high,with the core issue being sub-optimal processes and energy structures.The promotion of low-carbon transformation in the steel industry should focus on structural decarbonization,and coordinate the promotion of technological innovation,institutional innovation,digital empowerment,and the construction of green low-carbon industrial clusters.The main path is to optimize and adjust the structure of the steel industry,implement low-carbon energy substitution in the industry,promote the upgrading of key process technology and equipment,innovate industry carbon reduction policy mechanisms,improve industry digital management level,and build green and low-carbon industrial clusters.
