摘要 【目的】深入分析金属材料热处理技术的应用与发展趋势,为不同金属材料热处理技术提供借鉴经验。【方法】通过搜索相关文献并结合技术经验,对金属材料热处理技术的研究进行归纳整理,综述技术的应用及其发展趋势。【结果】金属材料热处理技术能够改善金属表面分子结构和内部结构,增强其耐磨、耐腐蚀、强度与硬度等性能。在加热、冷却工序中能够进一步优化金属材料制品的性能。【结论】金属材料应用较为广泛,其处理技术呈现多元化的发展趋势,其中智能、环保、高效将成为未来发展的主流趋势。 [Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the application and control requirements of heat treat-ment technology of metal materials and provide useful experience for different heat treatment technolo-gies of metal materials.[Methods]The research on heat treatment technology of metal materials was sum-marized searching related literature and combining technical experience,and the application and devel-opment trend of technology were reviewed.[Findings]The heat treatment technology of metal materials can improve the surface and internal structure of metal,enhance its wear resistance,corrosion resistance,ductility,strength and hardness,and further optimize the performance and process beauty of metal mate-rials products in the technical treatment process of heating and cooling.[Conclusions]Metal materials are widely used.The heat treatment technology of metal materials shows a diversified development trend,and the application of environmental protection,intelligence and high efficiency will become the main-stream trend.
