摘要
【目的】通过对球磨设备领域专利技术的深入分析,有助于了解该领域面临的技术挑战和现有的解决方案,以及当前技术发展的趋势。【方法】通过对球磨设备领域的全球专利数据进行综合梳理和分析,揭示专利申请趋势、地理分布情况、主要申请人以及技术创新的热点区域。【结果】国内外在球磨设备领域的主要申请人多为重工业企业,关键技术分支包括衬板改进和自动加球装置。在衬板技术的发展上,重点在于通过材料改良或结构设计来增强衬板的耐磨性和提升其带球效率;而自动加球装置的改进旨在解决卡球及堵球问题。【结论】相关企业和科研机构应密切关注这些技术热点方向,有效避免重复研发并重视识别潜在的侵权风险。
[Purposes]The in-depth analysis of patented technologies in the field of ball milling equip-ment helps to understand the current trends of technological development,technical challenges and exist-ing solutions.[Methods]By comprehensively sorting out and analyzing the global patent data in the field of ball milling equipment,this report reveals the trend of patent applications,geographic distribution,ma-jor applicants,and hotspot regions of technological innovation.[Findings]The analysis shows that the main applicants in the field of ball milling equipment at home and abroad are mostly heavy industrial en-terprises.The key technical branches include liner improvements and automatic ball feeding devices.In the development of liner technology,the focus is on enhancing the wear resistance of the liner and im-proving its ball-carrying efficiency through material improvement or structural design;the improvement of the automatic ball filling device is mainly aimed at solving the problems of ball jamming or clogging.[Conclusions]Relevant enterprises and research institutions should pay close attention to these techno-logical hotspot directions,effectively avoid duplicated R&D and pay attention to identifying potential in-fringement risks.
