基于离散元法的香菇菌渣颗粒仿真物理参数标定

摘要 为确定不同含水率香菇菌渣颗粒在离散元仿真模拟中多种参数准确性,采用离散元软件EDEM中EEPA接触模型进行仿真模拟,标定不同含水率香菇菌渣颗粒间离散元参数的方法。首先使用Design-Expert软件中的PlackettBurman试验,选取影响香菇菌渣颗粒堆积角的9个基本参数,根据方差分析结果表明,其中6个基本参数对堆积角具有显著影响;其次通过最陡爬坡试验进一步确定这6个显著影响基本参数最优值区间范围;最后根据响应曲面Box-Behnken试验建立香菇菌渣颗粒堆积角与这6个显著影响基本参数之间的二次多项式回归模型,并对回归模型进行方差分析,分别得到不同含水率香菇菌渣颗粒堆积角模型参数最优解。试验结果表明,最优解仿真模拟所得堆积角数值与物理试验数值相对误差范围在0.11%~0.89%之间。 In order to determine the accuracy of various parameters in discrete element simulation of mushroom residue particles at varying moisture contents,the EEPA contact model in the discrete element software EDEM was utilized for simulation and calibration of discrete element parameters between mushroom residue particles with varying moisture contents.Firstly,the Plackett-Burman test in the Design-Expert software was used to identify nine basic factors that influence the accumulation angle of mushroom residue particles.According to the results of the variance analysis,six basic characteristics had a substantial influence on the accumulation angle.Secondly,the steepest climb test was conducted to identify the ideal value range for these six major influence basic factors.Finally,by using the Box-Behnken test of the response surface,a quadratic polynomial regression model was developed between the accumulation Angle of mushroom residue particles and the six basic parameters with significant influence.The regression model was subjected to variance analysis,and the optimal solution for the accumulation Angle model parameters of mushroom residue particles with varying moisture content was obtained respectively.The experimental results show that the relative error range between the pile Angle value derived by using the optimal solution simulation and the physical test value is 0.11%to 0.89%.
