山东省设施种植机械化现状与对策研究

Study on the present situation and countermeasures of facility planting mechanization in Shandong Province

设施装备和机械化生产是设施种植高质量发展的重要支撑,开展设施种植机械化现状与对策研究,对于稳定蔬菜种植规模、保障国内蔬菜市场供给、增加农民收入、促进经济发展具有重要意义。通过实地调研和查阅数据发现,当前山东省设施种植机械化呈现数量稳步增长但宜机化规模不大、设施种植机械化加快发展但各环节不均衡、科技支撑有力但持续性不足、经营主体发展壮大但社会化服务普遍不足等特点。经分析,影响设施种植机械化发展的因素主要有产业发展尚不成熟、设施宜机化程度低、缺少专用农机装备、政策支持力度不足。基于此,提出科学统筹布局规划、加大政策支持力度、推动宜机化设施配套、强化科技创新驱动、提升社会化服务能力等设施种植机械化的发展建议。

Facility equipment and mechanized production are important supports for the high‑quality development of facility planting.Conducting research on the current situation and countermeasures of facility planting mechanization is of great significance for stabilizing the scale of vegetable planting,ensuring the supply of domestic vegetable markets,increasing farmers'income and promoting economic development.Through field research and data review,this study has found that the current mechanization of facility planting in Shandong Province is characterized by a steady increase in quantity but a small scale of suitable mechanization,an accelerated development of facility planting mechanization but uneven development of various links,strong technological support but insufficient sustainability,and a strong development of business entities but generally insufficient social services.After analysis,the main factors affecting the development of facility planting mechanization are immature industrial development,low degree of facility mechanization,lack of special agricultural machinery equipment,and insufficient policy support.Based on this,suggestions for the development of facility planting mechanization are proposed as scientific overall layout planning,increasing policy support,promotion of suitable facility matching,strengthening the drive of scientific and technological innovation,and enhancing social service capabilities.
