摘要
根据堆型研发设计对温度传感器的响应时间需求,针对温度传感器无法给出蒸汽介质下响应时间具体数值的问题,研究了基于11种工况的蒸汽介质下响应时间测量仿真分析和试验。通过仿真,研究了不同蒸汽介质工况下对温度传感器响应时间的影响与变化规律。结合11种工况的试验结果数据,得出实际蒸汽介质下各种因素组合影响的温度传感器动态响应结果。该研究具有实践指导意义,能推动保护功能的设计固化。该研究可为核电工程提供一定的理论参考。
According to the response time requirements of temperature sensor for reactor research,develop and design,and regarding the issue of temperature sensor unable to provide specific values of the response time under steam medium,the simulation analysis and test of response time measurement under steam medium based on 11 kinds of working conditions are researched.Through the simulation,the influence of different steam media conditions on the temperature sensor response time and the change rule are researched.Combined with 11 kinds of working conditions of the test results data,the actual steam medium under the influence of various combinations of factors under the dynamic response of the temperature sensor results can be taken out.The research has the practical guidance significance,can promote the final design of the protection function curing.The research can provide certain theoretical reference for nuclear power engineering.
