摘要
根据电力系统对核电机组一次调频控制的要求,进行AP1000核电汽轮机一次调频控制策略研究。分析了AP1000核电机组进行一次调频的限制条件。创新性地提出一种AP1000核电汽轮机一次调频控制策略,涉及限制条件应对策略和快速响应策略。限制条件应对策略通过设置一次调频控制参数和一次调频切除条件,规避一次调频越限工况,以减少棒控系统、汽水分离再热器(MSR)相关设备系统跟随调节幅度,从而满足机组安全运行要求。快速响应策略在汽轮机控制系统设置一次调频“前馈加闭环”控制,实现一次调频快速响应控制。结合AP1000控制逻辑,具体给出自动负荷调节(ALR)方式一次调频控制方案,并在Matlab/Simulink进行建模仿真试验。仿真试验结果表明,控制方案一次调频控制性能指标满足区域电网要求。所提策略及取得的试验结论,为后续AP1000机组一次调频控制改造工作提供了重要借鉴。
According to the requirements of the power system on the primary frequency regulation control of nuclear power units,the research on the primary frequency regulation control strategy of AP1000 nuclear power turbine is carried out.The limitations of AP1000 nuclear power unit for primary frequency regulation are analyzed.An AP1000 nuclear turbine primary frequency regulation control strategy is innovatively proposed,which involves a constraints response strategy and a fast response strategy.The limitation response strategy avoids the overrun condition of primary frequency regulation by setting the primary frequency regulation control parameters and primary frequency regulation cutout conditions,to reduce the following adjustment amplitude of the rod control system and the moisture separator reheater(MSR)related equipment system,and thus meet the requirements of safe operation of the unit.The fast response strategy sets up“feed-forward plus closed-loop”control of primary frequency regulation in the turbine control system to realize fast response control of primary frequency regulation.Combined with the control logic of AP1000,the automatic load regulation(ALR)primary frequency regulation control scheme is specifically given,and modeling simulation tests are carried out in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation test results show that the primary frequency regulation control performance index of the control scheme meets the requirements of the regional power grid.The proposed strategy and the test conclusions provide great significance for the subsequent AP1000 unit primary frequency regulation control retrofit work.
