摘要
机轮刹车系统是民用飞机地面减速中最关键的一部分,决定了飞机的着陆安全。轮速是刹车控制系统中的关键参数,目前,对轮速的应用研究主要集中在对机轮超速的监控上。本文通过对一起刹车热包严重损伤的空客A320S飞机QAR译码数据进行解析,发现故障前的航班数据已存在轮速参数异常现象。基于此,深入挖掘使用QAR轮速参数数据监控刹车热包严重损伤缺陷的方法,并进行有效性验证,以期第一时间排除隐患,保证飞行安全。
The wheel brake system is the most critical part of the ground deceleration of civil aircraft,which determines the landing safety.Wheel speed is a key parameter in the brake control sys-tem.At present,the application research of wheel speed mainly focuses on the monitoring of wheel overspeed.By analyzing the QAR decoding data of an Airbus A320S with serious damage to the brake heat package,it is found that there are abnormal wheel speed parameters in QAR data before the fault.Then this paper deeply analyzes the method of using wheel speed parameter QAR data to monitor the serious damage of the brake heat package and verifies its effectiveness in order to eliminate the hidden dangers at the first time and ensure flight safety.
