摘要
为避免现行方法中检测成本高、安全性差等问题,采用行波法设计了风力发电机组叶片避雷线断线检测系统。该系统由激励模块,检测模块以及数据处理模块组成。系统由激励模块发出脉冲信号,检测模块中罗氏线圈传感器进行信号波形的检测,由高速采集卡进行数据采集,数据处理模块进行数据处理,以判断避雷线断线情况。对系统的激励模块、检测模块和处理模块进行了设计,采用10~70 m不同长度的导线对系统波速进行了标定实验,波速在2.05×10~8~2.35×10~8m/s波动,并建立了断线检测模型,断线检测模型为y=-15.43+9.77x,实现了避雷线断线检测。
In order to avoid the problems of high detection cost and poor safety in the current methods,the paper uses the travelling wave method to design a wind turbine blade lightning conductor break detection system.The system consists of excitation module,detection module and data processing module.The system consists of an excitation module that sends out a pulse signal,a Roche coil sensor in the detection module that detects the signal waveform,a high-speed acquisition card that collects the data,and a data processing module that processes the data to determine the lightning conductor breakage.The excitation module,detection module and processing module were designed.A calibration experiment was carried out on the wave speed of the system with wires of different lengths ranging from 10 to 70 m.The wave speed fluctuated between 2.05×10~8m/s and 2.35×10~8 m/s,and a detection model was established with y=-15.43+9.77x.The lightning arrester break detection is realized.
