模块化教学在职教创新团队教学能力提升过程中的实施路径与成效

摘要 以第二批国家级职教创新团队绿色环保领域“环境管理与评价”专业为例,对模块化教学模式和实施路径展开探索,凝练出“双线交叉融合,三阶段螺旋提升式”的教学策略,“横向进阶、纵向递升、思政贯穿”模块化专业课程体系;形成了“点、链、网”全过程课程思政建设路径,“三融合、三育人”模块化教学模式;同时,还构建了教师队伍的“8字螺旋”自诊改措施,并在团队结构、标志性成果方面、人才培养质量方面取得显著成果。 This paper takes the second batch of“environmental management and evaluation”majors in the field of green environmental protection of the second batch of national vocational education innovation teams as an example,explores the modular teaching mode and implementation path,and condenses the teaching strategy of“double-line cross-integration,three-stage spiral promotion”and the modular professional curriculum system of“horizontal advancement,vertical progression,and ideological and political penetration”.It has formed a“point,chain,network”whole-process course ideological and political construction path,and a modular teaching model of“three kinds of integration and three aspects of education”.Meanwhile,the“8-figure spiral”self-diagnosis and reform measures of the teaching team have also been constructed,and remarkable results have been achieved in the team structure,landmark achievements,and talent training quality.
