摘要
建设“技能型社会”离不开职业技能竞赛,而选手的选拔是基础。几乎所有高校都会自行组织校内选拔赛,但其组织方式仍然较为传统且低效。为此,研究一种高效的赛事综合管理平台有重要意义,团队在结合赛事组织经验,以及充分调研基础上,完成了一种集赛事宣传、赛项天地、与赛事管理的三大功能为一体的校内技能大赛综合管理平台的方案设计,为扩大赛事影响力、增进学生自主学习力、科学和高效组织管理赛事等提供了全方位支持;是对当前高速发展数字技术应用的挖掘,是一次数字赋能与教育的有益尝试,也为其他高校的赛事组织管理提供有价值的参考。
Building a“skilled society”is inseparable from vocational skills competitions,and the selection of players is the basis.Indeed,almost all colleges and universities organize their own on-campus selection competitions,but their organization methods are still relatively traditional and inefficient.Therefore,it is of great significance to study an efficient comprehensive management platform for skills competitions.Based on the experience of organizing skills competitions and full investigation,our team has completed the scheme design of an comprehensive management platform for on-campus skills competitions,which integrates the three functions of skills competition publicity,skills competition item world and skills competition management,providing all-round support for expanding the influence of skills competitions,enhancing students'autonomous learning ability,and organizing and managing skills competitions scientifically and efficiently.It is an excavation of the rapid development of digital technology application,and a beneficial attempt of digital empowerment and education,which provides valuable reference for the organization and management of skills competitions in other colleges and universities.
