在百年未有之大变局时代,高等教育面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,大学迫切需要转型发展。建设高等教育强国的历史使命和未来世界对人的技能的需求对大学发展提出了新要求,高等教育需要重新思考自身的定位、目标和治理。在大学治理方面,大学需要在制度方面借鉴已有国内外成功经验,也需要从文化的视角理解大学和大学治理,还需要思考大学治理方式的全方位转变。在技术应用方面,充分利用人工智能技术才能实现高等教育的高质量发展,一方面需要不断将人工智能技术应用到教育实践和探索中,另一方面也需要在当下重新评估教育与技术的关系。在具体实践方面,对于不同国家和地区以及不同类型的大学而言,大学转型发展面临着不同的问题,治理体系变革、育人范式改革、学科创新试点是实现大学转型发展的重要手段。

In the era of profound changes unseen in a century,higher education is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities,and universities urgently need to transform and develop.The historical mission of building a leading country in higher education and the future world's demand for human skills have put forward new requirements for university development,and higher education needs to rethink its own positioning,goals and governance.In terms of university governance,universities need to learn from existing successful experi-ences at home and abroad in terms of system,and also need to understand universities and university govern-ance from the perspective of culture,as well as need to think about the all-round transformation of university governance.In terms of technology application,the high quality development of higher education can only be realized by making full use of artificial intelligence technology.On the one hand,it is necessary to continuously apply AI technology to educational practice and exploration,and on the other hand,it is also necessary to re-evaluate the relationship between education and technology at the present time.In terms of specific practice,for different countries and regions as well as different types of universities,the transformation and development of universities face different problems,and the reform of the governance system,the reform of the talent cultivation paradigm,and the piloting of disciplinary innovation are important means to realize the transformation and de-velopment of universities.
