Quality Evaluation of College Students Based on Career Sustainable Development:Theory,Model and Index System

基于评价模式改革引导高素质大学生培养已经成为国家关注的重点,已有大学生评价体系不能适应促进学生终身职业发展的需要,必须建立起以职业发展素质为核心的素质评价体系。文章对国内外职业可持续发展能力和素质评价体系相关研究进行综述,借鉴分析职业素质三角模型理论,新增动力要素和适应要素两个维度,重新构建职业发展素质五维模型,并通过文献分析选用11个关键素质作为二级指标,最终构成以培养大学生职业可持续发展能力为导向的素质评价指标体系。

Guiding the cultivation of high-quality college students based on the reform of evaluation mode has become a special concern of the state.The existing college student price system cannot meet the growing needs of promoting students'lifelong career development,and a quality evaluation system with career develop⁃ment as the core must be established.This paper reviews the relevant research on the vocational sustainable de⁃velopment ability and evaluation system of quality at home and abroad,draws on and analyzes the triangular model theory of vocational quality,adds two dimensions of motivation and adaptation factors,reconstructs the five-dimensional model of career development quality,and selects 11 key qualities as the secondary indicators through literature analysis,and finally forms a quality evaluation index system oriented to cultivating college students'vocational sustainable development ability.
