精神障碍认知行为治疗临床研究中应关注的问题

Key issues in clinical research of cognitive behavioral therapy for mental disorders

本文结合目前常见精神障碍认知行为治疗(cognitive behavioral therapy,CBT)的临床研究和应用现状,讨论了在今后的临床研究中需要重点关注的问题。未来应持续加强CBT新技术、新方法及重点人群和跨诊断方案疗效的研究,加强关于CBT有效的心理生理机制、有效成分、不良反应和临床服务方式等问题的关注,同时也要关注中国本土文化对CBT疗效的影响,从而促进我国CBT的临床研究水平。

This article focuses on the current status of clinical research and application of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)for common mental disorders,and discusses future clinical research priorities.It is in need to continuously strengthen research on new technologies,methods,specific populations,and trans diagnostic efficacy of CBT for mental disorders.There is also a need to increase attention to the psychological and physiological mechanisms,active ingredients,adverse reactions,and clinical service accessibility of CBT for mental disorders.Concurrently,studying the influence of Chinese culture on the efficacy of CBT for mental disorders is much crucial,too.All these researches mentioned above will to promote the clinical research level of CBT in China.
