市域产教联合体建设路径及运行机制研究

Research on the Construction Path and Operation Mechanism of Municipal Industry and Education Consortium

为深入贯彻党的二十大精神,落实职业教育高质量发展实施工作,大连市开展了大连金普新区(大连经济技术开发区)市域产教联合体建设,本文探索了建立合理高效的市域产教联合体建设路径及运行机制,实现了院校、企业、政府和社会之间的深度融合。通过院校人才培养与企业人才需求精准对接、技术协同创新等举措,激发了校企双方参与联合体建设的积极性和创造性,实现了政行企校多维度协同育人,充分发挥了市域产教资源优势,推进了市域产业升级。

To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and implement the high-quality development of vocational education,Dalian Jinpu New Area(Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone)municipal industry and education consortium was constructed in Dalian city.This paper explores the path and operational mechanism for establishing a reasonable and efficient industry and education alliance,achieving a deep integration between colleges,enterprises,the government and society.The measures,including precise connection between talent training in colleges and universities and talent demand from enterprises,and coordinated innovation in technology,stimulate the initiative and creativity of colleges and enterprises to participate in the construction of the consortium,realize the multi-dimensional coordinated education of the government,industries,enterprises and schools,give full play to the advantages of municipal industry and education resources,and promote the upgrading of municipal industry.
