基于视觉积累的重症超声解读:方法与技巧

摘要 重症超声作为重症专业医师的必备技术手段,在全球广泛推广,重症超声的正确解读可引导精准可视化诊疗,改变诊疗决策和诊疗行为,但错误解读会造成临床误判,带来不良结局。重症超声的解读需要掌握一定的方法和技巧,解读需首先掌握切面的获取与质控,在标准质控的基础上,进行典型异常图像的判读,然后按照标准路径将客观异常进行模块化梳理,并结合临床信息解读为血流动力学表型、肺超表型、机体反应表型等。“三列表”法总结出结构化解读方法和技巧,可引导初学者按照标准方法,并在大量素材的基础上,进行“视觉积累”,从而提升临床解读能力。
