不同冲洗方法对微创预备后根管内氢氧化钙封药清除效果的比较研究

摘要 目的:比较不同冲洗方法对微创预备后根管内氢氧化钙封药的清除效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:使用Tru Natomy镍钛系统对32个前磨牙进行微创根管预备后,向根管内封入氢氧化钙。根据不同冲洗方法将样本随机分为4组(n=8):被动超声荡洗(PUI)组、声波荡洗(EDDY)组、XP-endo finisher(XPF)组、手用K锉(K File)组。冲洗前后拍摄CBCT,并对残余氢氧化钙进行定量计算,比较不同冲洗方法对氢氧化钙的清除效果。结果:所有冲洗技术应用后根管内均存在氢氧化钙残留,使用PUI、XPF、EDDY和K File之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),PUI和XPF组的氢氧化钙残留量相对较少。结论:在微创预备后,使用PUI和XPF对根管内的氢氧化钙去除效果更好,但PUI的效率与XPF间无显著差异。 AIM:To evaluate the efficiency of different irrigation methods in removal of calcium hydroxide from root canals after minimally invasive endodontics,providing a reference for clinical treatment.METHODS:A total of 32 premolars were minimally invasive prepared by TruNatomy system and filled with calcium hydroxide.The samples were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=8)according to different irrigation methods:passive ultrasonic irrigation(PUI),sonic agitation,XP-endo finisher(XPF)irrigation,and K File irrigation.The volumes of the residual calcium hydroxide were measured by CBCT before and after irrigation,to compare the removal efficiency of different irritation methods and solu⁃tions.RESULTS:After the application of all irrigation techniques,calcium hydroxide residues remained within the root canals,with significant differences observed between the use of PUI,XPF,EDDY,and K File(P<0.05),where the PUI and XPF groups had relatively less calcium hydroxide residue.CONCLUSION:After minimally invasive preparation,the use of PUI and XPF is more effective in removing calcium hydroxide from the root canal,but there is no significant differ⁃ence in efficiency between PUI and XPF.
