不同教育程度学生对橡皮障技术应用情况的调查研究

A survey study on the application of rubber dam technology by students with different educational levels

目的:了解宁夏医科大学口腔医(学)院不同教育程度学生对橡皮障的基本态度和使用情况,以及在使用过程中遇到的问题,从而改善口腔专业学生更适应于临床实践的有关橡皮障的教学方法。方法:对2021年12月-2023年6月期间在校的62名研究生、60名规培生(国家规范化培训住院医师)、63名大五实习生、123名大三、大四本科生进行问卷调查,统计学生现阶段对橡皮障的基本态度及使用情况,以及使用中出现的问题等。采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计分析,用Excel表格(Microsoft Excel 2010)和Word(Microsoft Word 2010)对数据进行录入和图表制作,对不同组差异进行χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果:90%的研究生和规培生均在临床实习中使用过橡皮障,而仅一半的实习生(54%)和本科生(40.7%)使用过橡皮障(P<0.001);大部分学生都对自己现阶段橡皮障技术的评价并不满意(P<0.05),但90%以上的学生都表示愿意通过更多的培训去掌握橡皮障相关知识并愿意在将来的工作中继续使用橡皮障,且学生认为使用橡皮障时存在最大的问题是橡皮障夹易滑脱、橡皮障易渗漏等。结论:学生对橡皮障技术的使用呈积极态度,但是临床实习中使用率很低且操作不熟练,建议学校应加强橡皮障技术的相关临床培训和理论教育,期望未来能将橡皮障技术渗透进本科教育中,同时带教医师要重点监督教育,整体提高并促进未来临床中橡皮障技术的使用。

AIM:To understand the basic attitudes towards and the use of rubber dams by students of different education levels in the School of Stomatology,Ningxia Medical University,as well as the problems encountered in the process of the operation,so as to improve the teaching method of rubber dams that are more adaptable to clinical practice for dental students.METHODS:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 62 graduate students,60 regular trainees(national standardized training residents),63 fifth-year interns,and 123 third-year or fourth-year undergraduates from December 2021 to June 2023.Statistics on the basic attitudes and usage of rubber dams by our school students,and problems that may arise during the operation.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and Excel table(Microsoft Excel 2010)and Word(Microsoft Word 2010)were used for data input and chart making.The chi-square test was performed to test the differences among different groups at the test level ofα=0.05.RESULTS:90%of graduate students and regular trainees have used rubber dams during clinical practice,while only half of the interns(54%)and undergraduates(40.7%)have used rubber dams(P<0.001);Most of the students were not satisfied with their current performance in rubber dam technique(P<0.05),but more than 90%of the students expressed their willingness to master rubber dam related knowledge through more training and to continue to use rubber dam in their future work.And students believe that the biggest problem when using rubber dam is that the rubber dam clip is easy slipping of the rubber clip and leakage of the rubber barrier.CONCLUSION:Overall,students have a positive attitude towards the use of rubber dam technology.However,the usage rate in clinical practice is very low and the operation is not proficient.It is recomrnended that schools should strengthen clinical training and theoretical education related to the rubber dam technology.It is expected that rubber dam technology can be infiltrated into undergraduate education in the future,at the same time,the teaching physicians should focus on supervising education to improve and promote the use of rubber dam technology in future clinical practice.
