摘要
自噬是经典的细胞死亡途径,在缺血、缺氧、营养物质匮乏等应激条件下被激活,适度自噬可以清除受损细胞内细胞器和错误折叠的蛋白质,超出细胞承受程度的自噬则会导致细胞死亡,自噬在细胞生存、分化、发育及内环境稳态等方面发挥重要作用。眼针可以通过抗细胞凋亡、抗内质网应激、抗氧化应激等通路调节自噬机制,改善脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)。通过检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、NCBI数据库从建库到2023年12月7日有关CIRI激活自噬的文献,结合眼针防治CIRI相关实验数据进行分析,总结CIRI与自噬之间机制及其在眼针防治CIRI过程中发挥的作用,为进一步科研及临床推广眼针治疗提供依据。
Autophagy is a classical cell death pathway that is activated under stress conditions such as ischemia,hypoxia and nutrient deprivation.Moderate autophagy removes damaged intracellular organelles and misfolded proteins,while autophagy exceeding the tolerance of the cell results in cell death,and autophagy plays an important role in cell survival,differentiation,development and homeostasis of the internal environment.Eye acupuncture can improve cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI)by regulating autophagy mechanism through anti-apoptosis,anti-endoplasmic reticulum stress,anti-oxidative stress and other pathways.In this paper,it searched the China Knowledge Network database,Wanfang database and NCBI database from the establishment of the database to December 7,2023 for the literature on CIRI activated autophagy,and analyzed the experimental data related to the prevention and treatment of CIRI by eye acupuncture,to summarize the mechanism between CIRI and autophagy and the role they play in the process of prevention and treatment of CIRI by eye acupuncture,so as to provide a basis for further scientific research and clinical promotion of the eye-acupuncture treatment.
