摘要
红芪药用价值突出,其品质直接影响到临床用药的安全性和有效性。对传统及现代红芪的品质评价和影响因素进行了系统综述。结果显示,红芪的质量控制标准有待进一步完善,如在红芪重金属和有害元素、农药残留、二氧化硫及霉菌毒素等有害物质,以及红芪指标性化学成分的含量测定方面未作出明确规定,应进一步进行研究和规范。另外,种质、产地、栽培、采收、加工、贮藏等方面均对红芪品质有一定影响。未来应当明确和规范红芪的种植、采收以及加工技术,保证饮片质量的稳定性。对上述方面进行探究,以期进一步完善红芪质量标准和红芪品质评价体系,为红芪产业的科学发展提供支撑。
Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)has outstanding medicinal value,and its quality directly affects the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.In this article,the quality evaluation and influencing factors of ancient and modern Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)were systematically reviewed.The results show that the quality control standard of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)needs to be further improved,such as the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements,pesticide residues,sulfur dioxide and mycotoxins,as well as the index chemical components of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix),which should be further studied and standardized.Additionally,germplasm,producing area,cultivation,harvesting,processing and storage all have certain effects on the quality of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix).It is necessary to clarify and standardize the planting,harvesting and processing technology of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)in the future to ensure the stability of the quality of the decoction pieces.The above aspects were explored in this article,so as to further improve the quality standard and quality evaluation system of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)and provide support for the scientific development of Hongqi(Hedysari Radix)industry.
