基于改进小波模型的样条光顺算法

摘要 数控加工数据传输过程中存在丢包、噪声干扰等现象,导致数据点位出现误差。针对现有方法对误差的修正大多适用于平面,且基本都是只对单独一段的大弧段修正等限制,提出一种空间整体的光顺处理方法。该方法借由小波光顺分离出细节部分,定义修正因子后配合有局部自检效果的改进灰狼粒子寻优优化算法再对细节修正,构建新的稀疏模型进行光顺效果的判别。实验结果表明:提出的方法不仅可用于多弧段的情况,且可适用于空间样条的光顺。 In the process of NC machining data transmission,there are some phenomena such as packet loss and noise interference,which lead to the error of data point.In view of the existing methods,most of the error correction can only be applied to the plane,and basically only to a single section of the large arc correction.A space whole fairing processing method was proposed.In this method,the details were separated by wavelet fairing,the correction factors were defined,and then the details were corrected with the improved grey wolf particle optimization algorithm with local self-test effect.A new sparse model was constructed for the discrimination of fairing effect.The experimental results show that the proposed method can be used not only in the case of multiple arcs,but also in the smoothing of space splines.
